What it takes to be a "HOMEMAKER" ?

Homemaker..the notion of the word is such that it sounds very easy but have you ever thought  "what all it takes to be a HOMEMAKER"? Intelligence? Perseverance? Dedication? Enthusiasm? Imagination ?Judgement power ? Management skills? Passion ?.....
I think you need to have it all . Yes, like any other career options in this world homemaking also requires certain prerequisites to be fulfilled.
Firstly,I would not like to categorize homemaking as a job....but at the same time I am of the opinion that it should not be considered anything less than a job at all .

A Job without Benefits (monetary).
A homemaker always gives away the service that is needed for the family and never asks for anything in return. The only benefit gained is the happiness of the family members and self- contentment. For this selfless service ,a homemaker truly desreves one and only one thing and that is respect. 
A common question to start a conversation often in any social gatherings is...what do you do ? As soon as your answer is homemaker, the reaction would be...oh! So you 're a homemaker..wow! So easy.
 You must be having free time. We have all heard of or may be witnessed somewhere around us ,many incidents where homemakers are insulted just because they do not go out for work to bring salaries home .
Being Just a homemaker is absolutely fine as it nowhere shows your lack of ambition. Ambition to me is finding happiness and having peace of mind no matter what nature of work I do. Now is time to break the stereotype thought of the society . Homemaking is an art of establishing the foundation on which your family grows stong. 

Homemakers: Multitaskers..
Multitasking is a very vague term as it incorporates numbers of responsibilities to be managed altogether. Homemakers are the best suited example for multitaskers. In today's scenario,  the lady of the house is not only confined to the household chores , cooking, cleaning ,raising kids but is also able to manage stuffs outside. A lot of women performs multitasking easily but there are a few who finds it tough to deal with.

 Here I have a few tips for you all as how you can become a multitasker homemaker:-
The key to master the art of multitasking completely depends upon "time management".

:- Prioritize your work- All works you do are important but you definately need to understand what is important and what is urgent.Try to prioritize your work accordingly.

:- Reduce Kitchen time- Most of the women spend their day cooking in the kitchen. Plan what to be cooked atleast one day in advance .

:- Keep things ready- Cut and chopp veggies or even fry the veggies to be cooked the next day and keep it in refrigerator. You can also prepare spices,curry paste and keep it  refrigerated in an airtight container which can last for a week.

:-Checklist ready- Always make a list of items/ things needed for your house in coming weeks/ months. Be it related to kitchen or kids stationery. Keep a check on what is finished and what more to be added.

 :-Engage Kids with yourself- Enjoy workouts with your kid probably on their favourite songs. Motivate them to help in small little household activities with you. This way you end up engaging your kids at the same time you can finish up your works.
 
:-Group similar task together at one time- Do not start different works altogether. Plan your work in a way that you can perform more than one work being at the same place.
           
:- Do not rush in last hours- It is not good to take too much pressure for something which at times we are unable to do. It can affect our minds in a wrong way. Think of some alternative and do not panic .

Multitasking is not something that is learnt in a day. It is something that develops over time and practice. Go ahead step by step and try to learn from your mistakes. 
To all the women who work day till night doing all the household chores and she is still introduced just as a "homemaker" .........Time to be proud of yourself because you are in a profession which is way beyond building any career. With due respect to all the working women , I would only like to urge to the society that have respect for homemakers as you respect any other directors, VP's or CEO's of the company. They deserve it equally.

  Be a happy🤗 homemaker and create a home 🏡for yourself.

Pandemic....mere thought of this word  creates a sense of dejection all over as, its third year in a row where the whole world is suffering it's consequences. Not only the person getting infected are it's victims but apart from that I would say, a large section of worlds population is still struggling to get over it sitting at their homes.
